We typically deliver within 3–5 business days across Pakistan. For customers in Muridke and nearby areas, same-day or next-day delivery may be available. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with tracking details.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at support@mobilo.com or call +92-3111-345-666. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to redirect the delivery, so please double-check your address before confirming your order.
After dispatch, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking number. You can also log in to your account at mobilo.xpertpress.net, go to ‘My Orders’, and view the latest status of your shipment in real time.
No, we do not store your credit or debit card details. All online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience and peace of mind.
Yes, applicable taxes are already included in the listed prices as per Pakistani government regulations. There are no hidden charges — the price shown on our product pages is exactly what you pay.
We currently deliver within Pakistan only. We ship to all major cities and towns, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Muridke, and many more locations across the country.
In most cases, your entire order arrives in a single package. However, if you order multiple items that require separate packaging for safety, they may be shipped in different boxes but will typically arrive at the same time.

We offer a 7-day return policy on defective or incorrectly delivered items. The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging intact. Items showing signs of physical damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
